The role of Associate Photographers is to create virtual tours, floorplans, and photography for residential homes. They work closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and the management team. Photographers are managed remotely by a Photography Manager located in local markets.
Responsibilities include supporting marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com, creating a portfolio of photographs, working closely with scheduling and dispatch teams, professionally communicating with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management, navigating one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage, and abiding by CoStar safety standards.
Physical requirements include sitting, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day, lifting and carrying equipment, repetitive hand and arm movements, and working outside during all seasons.
Qualifications include at least 2 years of professional experience, real estate photography experience, drone photography experience with a FAA Part 107 License/Certification, strong time management skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications. Candidates must possess a current and valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record.
Compensation is an hourly position plus bonus-eligible, with a pay amount of $50,000 annually and opportunity for monthly bonuses.
