Who Youll Work With

We are seeking a Client Partner Director to join our passionate Telecommunications team in the Carolinas. Our work in Telecommunications has been a foundation for Slalom Carolinas success and continues to be a significant area for growth across all of Slalom. You will work across all our capability domains, be an active leader in shaping and delivering our strategy in the Carolinas and participate in our global community of practitioners who deliver value to clients every day.

Client Partners are regularly and closely engaged with their clients -- understanding their client's strategies and objectives, environment, and industry. They proactively identify opportunities to help clients meet their objectives and to address challenges and constraints. They are highly aware of the delivery work in which Slalom is engaged, and work with Slalom teammates to drive excellent delivery.

What Youll Do

The main responsibilities are focused around representing Slaloms consulting services at the assigned account(s), helping set strategic direction, delivering solutions, leading/coaching teams, driving new sales and account management.

Engage with your clients and understand their strategies and objectives, environment, and industry Proactively identify opportunities to help clients meet their objectives and to address challenges and constraints Be highly aware of the work in which Slalom is engaged, and work with Accountable Executives to drive excellent Build and maintain long term client relationships Partner with clients to solve problems and bring value beyond the obvious Lead engagements and project teams, delivering complex solutions Lead and build pursuit teams to strategize/close deals and solutions Be responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction

What Youll Bring

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you enjoy the variety of business development, contracting/negotiating, solutioning, client engagement, excellence enablement, operations/financial management, and team/people management all in a single role. Ability to qualify leads and build strategies on developing deals Manage a book of revenue of at least $3.5M-$8.5M+ Experience building and nurturing trust-based relationships with clients and peers Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Confidence in navigating complexity and conflict Passion for the telecommunications and media industry Collaboration mindset working across practices, account teams and markets to achieve the best outcome for clients

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $161,000 to $258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individuals skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
