Shape and Elevate the Brand Voice
– Cultivate and refine the company's unique messaging to boost brand awareness, credibility, and emotional connection with key audiences across all platforms. Lead Creative Development
– Conceptualize and produce compelling marketing and promotional materials from start to finish across print and digital formats. Direct Multi-Channel Content Creation
– Oversee the design and delivery of social media, web content, printed materials, and all outward-facing communications. Guardianship of Brand Identity
– Manage and evolve key brand assets including logos, brochures, web presence, and social media to ensure consistency and strong market impact. Maintain Excellence Across Channels
– Ensure creative standards are upheld in every piece of marketing content, delivering high-impact messaging across touchpoints. Strategic Marketing Planning
– Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to shape the marketing vision, establish budgets, and implement strategic initiatives. Marketing Budget Ownership
– Manage the annual marketing budget with precision, providing clear monthly reporting on performance versus spend. Team Leadership & Development
– Inspire, coach, and elevate your team to exceed expectations, while cultivating future leaders and succession opportunities. Promote a Culture of Recognition
– Foster a collaborative team environment through consistent support, encouragement, and performance recognition. Talent Development & Onboarding
– Lead efforts in onboarding, mentoring, and professional growth to ensure individual and team success. Drive Social Media Growth
– Spearhead innovative social media strategies aimed at expanding market share and increasing audience engagement. Editorial Strategy & Calendar Management
– Collaborate on the development of an integrated editorial calendar to align messaging across digital and print. Data-Driven Content Optimization
– Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategy and maximize audience impact. Enhance SEO & Organic Reach
– Review SEO performance and deliver strategic recommendations to boost visibility and rankings across web platforms. Agency Relationship Management
– Build productive partnerships with external agencies to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and integrated campaign execution. Streamline Operational Efficiency
– Establish internal workflows to optimize deliverables, reporting, and marketing process execution. Build Strategic Connections
– Cultivate influential relationships within key audience segments to amplify the company’s voice and expand its reach. Education Requirements
BS in marketing or business is required, MBA or MA in Marketing preferred. 7+ years of relevant marketing experience and at least 5 years in a Leadership/Management role. Must have a proven (5+ years) track record and managing, mentoring, developing, and growing a Marketing Department. Proven ability to lead a proactive marketing organization and ensure accountability for results that maximize contribution to business objectives. Must have proven track record of driving revenue growth within a leadership role for a consumer-focused organization, with preference for experience in a dual B2C and B2C model.5 Must have demonstrated experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including SEM, Paid Social and SEO, and analyzing marketing data (Google analytics).
