Description
- Manages the creation of blog content for clients and the 2060 Digital brand. This includes managing writer contributions, writing content and publishing.
- Creates web content for digital marketing with a focus on SEO (websites, etc.).
- Manages 2060 Digital content to ensures pictures, copy, case studies and contacts on 2060 Digital website are up-to-date on a monthly basis.
- Acts as a resource for 2060 Digital markets and manages the execution of market requests for 2060 Digital branded materials (case studies, landing pages, marketing collateral).
- Produces copy and provides creative input for all 2060 Digital collateral.
- Writes ad copy for display advertising and pay-per-click search campaigns.
- Creates content for social media and email marketing solutions for clients.
- Proofs existing copy for spelling, grammar, accuracy and clarity and serves as a resource for other departments.
- Collaborates with designers, developers, project managers, digital strategist and others to develop engaging and compelling creative ideas, concepts and copy/content to achieve goals.
- Acts as a brand steward, ensuring all messaging and copy is within brand voice and editorial guidelines.
- Remains current with the latest digital trends and products.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong writing skills with an in-depth knowledge of the English language.
- Ability to write clear, precise marketing text.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Knowledge and understanding of technology, web, and latest digital marketing trends.
- Solid writing, editing, marketing, public relations and business development skills.
- Ability to function in a team environment.
- Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work established schedule and other hours as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or a related field strongly preferred.
- One (1) year of professional writing experience preferred.
