Job Description

Role:

1. Lead the technical planning, setup, and execution of special events involving Audio, Lighting, Staging, Video, Drapery, etc.
2. Maintain communication with clients throughout the event to ensure their needs are met, provide creative solutions, and offer technical support.
3. Participate in all pre-show meetings and site surveys, confirm labor and timing requirements, and assist the operations manager with equipment rentals.
4. Understand signal flow for audio, visual, and lighting systems to ensure completeness of outgoing orders for warehouse preparation.
5. Oversee safe setup, operation, transportation, and return of all equipment and personnel following best practices.
6. Provide regular feedback to the operations manager regarding event performance, including praise and issue resolution.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively for team success.
• Work well under pressure with a sense of urgency.
• Availability for extended hours, including holidays and weekends, with short notice as needed.
• Dependable, self-motivated, punctual, and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to operate a non-CDL 26’ box truck with automatic transmission.
• Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
