$75,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

About the Role

Pump.co is on the hunt for our first X Content Creator & Meme Dealer — someone who lives and breathes tech culture, has a knack for viral content, and knows how to grow an engaged audience on X (formerly Twitter). This isn’t your typical social media role — we want a creative storyteller and meme master who can take our brand voice to the next level with humor, sharp writing, and cultural insight.

If you have a strong X following (~20K+), a bold personality online, and a passion for tech and startups, we want to hear from you. You’ll turn product updates, founder thoughts, and startup culture into shareable posts that build Pump.co’s presence and spark conversations.

What You’ll Do

• Create original, witty, and engaging memes and content tailored for X and other social platforms
• Write sharp, concise copy that reflects our brand voice and resonates with tech founders, engineers, and operators
• Use your knowledge of tech culture, internet trends, and social media dynamics to keep Pump.co relevant and relatable
• Engage with our community on X through replies, DMs, and live conversations
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to align content with product updates and company vision
• Experiment with guerrilla marketing ideas that boost brand awareness in creative ways

What We’re Looking For

• 20,000+ followers on X with consistent, high-quality content
• A strong sense of humor and a creative mind — memes are your playground
• Experience or passion for social media marketing, content creation, or community management (formal experience isn’t required — creativity and influence matter most)
• Excellent writing skills — from punchy tweets to longer form threads
• Deep understanding of tech/startup culture and what resonates online
• Self-starter who can take ideas and ship fast, iterating based on feedback and analytics
• Bonus points for guerrilla marketing ideas or experience executing them
• Bonus: Comfortable with basic graphic tools like Canva, Figma, or Photoshop
