HangarFour, a creative service agency, seeks a Senior Influencer Strategist to join a team dedicated to developing smart strategies, innovative ideas, and flawless execution. The role involves supporting senior leaders in defining, developing, and implementing influencer strategies for various clients, aiming to increase brand awareness and build a broad advocate network across the influencer space, including celebrities, vloggers, and bloggers. The position supports the functions of H4's Influence department, focusing on influencer discovery, outreach, negotiation, contracting, program management, and client communication. The role reports to the Senior Director of Influencer Strategy.

Your Opportunity: Join us as the Associate Director of Influencer Strategy and lead in social media and influencer engagement. At HangarFour, we combine innovation with passion to create impactful marketing solutions.

Your Role:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with client KPIs, providing measurable results and performance reports to educate clients.
  2. Team Management: Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and success.
  3. Client Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance for influencer marketing success.
  4. Innovation and Growth: Contribute to business development by creating innovative influencer marketing solutions.
  5. Campaign Management: Lead the creation, execution, and analysis of influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivering measurable results.

We're Seeking:

  • A strategic thinker with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of influencer marketing experience with management responsibilities.
  • Expertise in digital trends and analytics tools.

You Are:

  • A creative yet analytical thinker capable of translating data into compelling narratives.
  • Passionate about social media trends and innovations.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
