JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee, organize and track all product samples throughout their journey in the photo studio including, intake, photo shoots, outflow/return, and inventory process.
- Facilitate shipping product to stores as part of the outflow process.
- Schedule photo shoots and maintain studio calendar.
- Work with modeling agencies and the studio team to schedule the models for each photo shoot.
- Communicate with Photo Studio team regarding priorities, deadlines, and any changes to timelines.
- Facilitate daily shot list and coordinate between photographers and editors to ensure everything is shot and accounted for, every day.
- De-tag and re-tag all product during model photo shoots, ensuring that SKU tags are accurately aligned with the product during the photo shoot process.
- Adhere to photography production process standards and requirements as set by the Photo Studio Manager.
- Continually look for opportunities to improve efficiency and communicate ideas for improvement.
- Work to resolve errors from missing images and missing product samples.
- Keep various studio tracking documents updated with current info, run reports and use various tools to help facilitate the production process. Communicate findings.
- Help with keeping the studio neat and organized. Expected to help with light cleaning and running errands to purchase supplies.
- Help fill in for Stylist's duties when needed.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal and external partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in order to meet daily deadlines
- Consistent positive attitude, with a willingness to participate and help out wherever needed.
- 2 years in a professional work environment, photo studio experience preferred
- Experience working in a team environment with multiple deadlines and processes
- Professional experience with scheduling and booking appointments
- Strong basic computer skills - Mac proficient a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to tolerate flashing strobe lights
