The Role

As the Visual Merchandiser, you’ll oversee accessory and furniture placement throughout the store. Your responsibilities include:

• Processing inbound products, shipments, tagging, and placing items on the sales floor
• Planning and organizing floor moves
• Distributing accessories and wall decor throughout showrooms
• Maintaining communication between warehouse personnel and management
• Ensuring timely display product movement
• Learning the furniture retail industry to understand Ashley’s products
• Store cleaning and reorganizing

Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment is a plus but not required.
