Position: Service Writer
Location: Utica, NY
Salary: $21-$25 per hour
Job Type: Full-time

A Successful Candidate:

• Opens, reviews and closes repair orders
• Estimates cost of repairs within set guidelines
• Provides assistance to the parts and service departments
• Ensures that customers and drivers are greeted
• Communicates with customers of needed service work
• Communicates with customers on estimated time of completion

Skills:

• Previous equipment or heavy truck dealership experience preferred
