The Role: Senior Web Development & Digital Marketing Project Manager

In this role, youll take the reins on a variety of tech-focused marketing projects, ensuring everything stays on track from kickoff to final delivery. Youll collaborate with clients and our internal team to create solutions that align with goals, smash deadlines, and deliver value.

What Youll Do
  1. Own Your Projects: Lead the entire project lifecycle, from scoping to delivery, ensuring everything stays aligned with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Communicate Openly: Be the go-to person for clients and teams, providing clear updates and honest communication every step of the way.
  3. Collaborate to Create Solutions: Work with our team of experts to develop innovative strategies that solve real client challenges.
  4. Keep Budgets on Point: Monitor expenses and resources closely, finding creative ways to keep projects efficient without cutting corners.
What Youll Bring
  1. Client-Focused Expertise: This is a client-facing role, so exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally are a must.
  2. Proven Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience in a digital marketing or tech-driven agency environment.
  3. Technology & Web Development Expertise: Specific experience in web development is essential, including a solid understanding of web design processes, timelines, and effort. Familiarity with tech industry standards and trends is a must.
  4. Marketing Management: A strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and processes, with the ability to effectively manage projects, coordinate with subject matter experts, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  5. Collaborative Spirit: Exceptional communication skills and a genuine knack for teamwork.
  6. Tools of the Trade: Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  7. Organized & Agile: An uncanny ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities without dropping the ball.
