Job Description

Define and lead the strategic direction for BLDC motor drive IC products Establish and grow relationships with key MCU ecosystem partners Guide product introductions and commercial strategy for lead customers Collaborate with sales and applications teams to create effective collateral Oversee full product lifecycle with a focus on pricing and margin management Drive engagement with key accounts and support large customer projects Conduct regular customer visits to gather market and competitive insights Analyze technical and market trends to inform strategic decisions Act as a liaison between marketing and R&D to streamline communication Develop and maintain marketing presentations and materials Manage sales forecasting and reporting processes Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing for motor drive ICs or power semiconductors Strong understanding of BLDC topology, including software algorithms and hardware (IPM and HB) Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies and manage product lifecycle Experience working with global customers and participating in trade shows Ability to turn technical capabilities into compelling business value Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Why This Is a Great Opportunity
