The Search Marketing Specialist will be responsible for advancing Sandhills Global brands through pay-per-click and organic search marketing. Responsibilities include market research, cross-team communication with sales, marketing, and stakeholders, planning and creating campaigns, curating content for ads, and tracking campaign performance. Success in this role requires excellent organization skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze marketing data swiftly for decision-making. This specialist will create ads and audiences aligned with business objectives, maintain campaigns, measure success, and communicate outcomes clearly. The role demands the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively. Experience managing PPC campaigns for B2B and SaaS products, and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google/Bing Ads, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs are highly desirable. Additional duties may be assigned. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or related fields Knowledge of Auction and Heavy Equipment industries and their customers In-office position with a 4.5-day workweek; daily commuting to the local office required Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Attention to detail and analytical skills Results-oriented and adaptable to change Stable work history and professional demeanor Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by air and ground Strong computer skills Preferred experience with PPC campaigns and tools such as Google Analytics, Google/Bing Ads, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs Additional positions include: Bilingual International Marketing Trainee (Mexico) Bilingual International Sales Representative (Mexico) Cattle Buyer Field Marketing Representative
