What You'll Do:
- You are a master at prospecting and building relationships! You will connect with both new and existing clients, understand their goals, and develop marketing campaigns that meet their needs. Additional responsibilities include:
- Selling customized solutions and digital advertising services.
- Creating and delivering effective presentations and proposals.
- Representing Cox Media at local business events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
- Contributing to the budgeting and forecasting process.
Who You Are:
You thrive on connecting great clients with amazing opportunities, and you flourish in an ambitious environment. Your curiosity drives you to continuously identify new and improved solutions. You also possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or a master's degree with up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years of experience in a similar field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in cable, broadcast, advertising sales/support, or marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and achieve individual sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- A motivated team player capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in a related discipline is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of marketing principles and their application in business.

Compensation ranges from $28,600.00 to $42,800.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual commission target between $42,800.00 and $64,400.00.
The Company also offers eligible employees flexible vacation with pay, seven paid holidays throughout the year, and up to 160 hours of paid wellness leave for you or family members. Additional paid time off is available for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteering, military service, and parental leave.
