Position Overview The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, manage social media, and coordinate trade shows to promote Marvin Engineering's products and services. Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with company goals. Manage social media platforms and online presence. Organize and participate in trade shows and industry events. Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to ensure consistent messaging. Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly. Manage marketing materials, website content, and promotional literature. Minimum Requirements BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing sectors. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and digital marketing tools. Ability to meet export compliance requirements as a U.S. person under ITAR.
