SMD

will need to be located in the territory

between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo ,

CA

and ideally should have previous experience selling in an

Assisted Living, Senior Living, Retirement Living, Memory Care, SNF

or similar environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Enjoy

Stable base pay combined with generous commission structure! Base pay is in the $70K+ range, with commissions that will earn a successful CRD another $20K-$30K per year. *The above pay package is an estimate, please contact our team to put together your personalized pay package, as a variety of factors can influence your total pay.* Benefits include great Health plan, with several options, plus Dental and Vision, 401K with company match (100% vested in the first year), Life insurance, 2-weeks' Vacation, plus sick and holiday time, tuition reimbursement and MORE Well-staffed community with department heads who work seamlessly as a team to support each other Upbeat and positive mindset stems from the Management level and carries through the team here

Ideal Candidates Will Bring

Stable tenure in prior sales jobs (1-1/2 years to 5+ years per job) A measurable track-record of success in meeting sales goals Experience that includes a healthcare related environment, ideally Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, SNF or similar Confident and clear communication style, with an approachable demeanor and polished style Recognition that while sales numbers may vary over time, your professionalism and focus must stay on target and positive as you weather the stormy times Clear background check will be required to ensure hire Open to working a Sunday through Thursday shift weekly

You'll never be bored, as each day will bring you encounters with new folks, while you continue expanding on the relationships you've already begun with existing residents and their families.
