Location: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus with hybrid flexibility.

About The Role The UX Content Strategist will plan the content strategy for our solutions, including form of delivery, governing the usefulness and usability of content, ultimately driving the intended experience, behaviors and business goals we set to achieve. The UX Content Strategist will work closely with the product design and delivery teams to bring the vision of the solution to life.

What you'll do

Collaborate with various teams including UX Design, Content Writing, Experience, Product Management, and Marketing to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Audit and assess current content and ecosystems, identifying strengths, weaknesses, gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities.

Inform and influence information architecture, site navigation and user experience for new applications, owning content-driven site narrative and experiences.

Develop flexible and intelligent content structures and experiences including mapping keyword-based content structures.

Implement strategies using a mix of quantitative and qualitative data to deliver/achieve business goals.

Work collaboratively with Marketing and UX team to create best practices protocol, content templates, and author content training manual.

Create and maintain product taxonomies, metadata frameworks, page-level content types/models and content migration plans; manage an editorial calendar considering product, channels, and stakeholders.

Design and implement content creation and governance workflows and documentation.

All other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring

5+ years of experience leading content strategy in a professional services environment

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to bring structured thinking to a variety of tools and templates

Understanding of content creation, including best practices and emerging trends

Strong understanding of content and design principles and their application in the service-based industry

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload

Experience with interaction design, user experience principles, information architecture, and digital content ecosystems

Experience working with user journeys, personas, and research

Passion for storytelling and systems thinking

Experience in omni-channel strategic development and healthcare industry preferred

Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and telephony
