Senior Marketing Manager, Capital Markets | U.S. . This role is based in our New York office with a hybrid option if located elsewhere. About the Role
The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic partner responsible for creating and executing U.S. marketing initiatives within the Capital Markets service line. You will develop marketing strategies to position Colliers as a leader in commercial real estate, manage marketing resources, and collaborate across teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and materials. Drive brand awareness through campaigns and measure engagement and lead generation KPIs. Manage social media strategy, content creation, and campaigns. Draft internal and external messaging for stakeholders, clients, and prospects. Coordinate with PR professionals for national promotion and support event execution. Oversee research reports and product launches aligned with company goals. Manage marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables. Build relationships with internal teams and external partners. Ensure efficient marketing operations and communications. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. 7-8 years in marketing management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and marketing automation tools is preferred. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills. Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $109,347 - $145,000 annually, based on experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid leave, holidays, and parental leave. Eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional Information
