Bachelor's Degree 5 years of experience Preferred Fields of Study
Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration/Management Preferred Certifications
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Pardot, Data Cloud, Einstein Personalization, or Marketing Cloud Intelligence. Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration, customization, integration, security, and administration. Ability to define and deliver scalable technical solutions involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience translating client requirements into solutions. Understanding of system integrations (SOAP, REST, APIs). Ability to manage and communicate with development teams. Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects. Knowledge of enterprise applications integrated with Salesforce (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Marketo). Additional Information
