We are seeking a results-driven SEO/SEA Manager to manage and execute our search engine optimization and paid search strategy across Google Ads and Bing Ads for the United States and Canada. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to drive visibility, traffic, and conversions through both organic and paid search channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, hands-on, and up-to-date with the latest industry trends and tools. Key Responsibilities Search Engine Advertising (SEA): Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads PPC accounts across search, display, and remarketing campaigns. Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and drive qualified traffic. Implement conversion tracking and manage tag implementation via Google Tag Manager and other platforms to ensure accurate performance reporting. Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance data, A/B test results, and business goals. Improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates through ongoing analysis and optimizations. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content and site structure. Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and speed performance issues. Implement structured data/schema markup to enhance SERP visibility. Monitor website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) and report on traffic, rankings, and conversions. Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads PPC campaigns. Strong knowledge of SEO, including technical SEO and on-page optimization. Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Expertise in using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, and other SEO and PPC platforms. Demonstrated ability to conduct A/B testing and leverage data to inform optimizations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing software platforms Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads certification. Experience in website redevelopment projects.
