Responsibilities ABOUT VALLEY HEALTH PHYSICIAN ALLIANCE Las Vegas is known internationally as a major resort city famous for its gambling, shopping, entertainment, and nightlife. Position Summary: The Marketing Manager will identify, plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies within designated service areas to increase demand for service lines and providers, foster positive relationships with referral sources, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance patient experiences. The role involves developing and directing marketing programs aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, expanding community presence through outreach and public relations, and leveraging advertising channels, including digital and social media, to promote the organization effectively. The manager will also oversee content creation, ensure website accuracy, and prepare performance reports. Key Responsibilities include: Managing all marketing projects, including developing creative briefs, collaborating with agencies, and ensuring deliverables support organizational objectives. Developing marketing plans, establishing goals, and working with various teams to revise efforts throughout the year. Increasing community exposure through event planning, media opportunities, health fairs, and community support initiatives. Building relationships with hospital leadership and community partners to promote growth and brand elevation. Networking with clinics, medical groups, assisted living facilities, associations, and employers to form strategic alliances. Performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Journalism, or related field required. Alternatively, 5-7 years of healthcare experience with at least two years in a supervisory role. Work Experience: 3-5 years in healthcare marketing, with a successful track record in customer service programs.
