The Video Production Assistant will support the production team in creating high-quality video content. This role involves a mix of administrative and technical tasks, including coordinating shoots, setting up equipment, and assisting in editing. Responsibilities Assist in planning and scheduling video shoots Set up and test equipment before shoots Operate camera, lighting, and sound equipment during shoots Organize and maintain video files and equipment Create graphics and animations for video content Perform basic troubleshooting to solve technical issues during shoots Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Top Skills and Qualifications Extensive experience in video editing, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Premiere Pro) or similar software Strong understanding of the entire production process and studio operations Familiarity with both MAC and PC platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with executives and stakeholders Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, capable of managing and archiving video content efficiently Experience overseeing studio operations and maintaining equipment Creative mindset with an eye for high-quality video production aligned with branding Experience in freelancing and corporate video production is highly valued Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, large, matrixed corporate environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
