Foster and maintain strong client relationships through friendly, helpful, and prompt customer service. Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, or by phone. Actively prospect and round accounts, as well as network for new clients, including win backs. Obtain best coverage/rate for insured, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage; follow up as necessary with inspection, photos, and other documentation. Present policies to insured and educate them on coverages and rates. Document activity with accounts in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Participate in ongoing education and keep informed regarding industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience Have a valid NC Insurance License 2 years of Personal Lines account management experience. Commercial Lines experience is a plus. Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving Coachable Have excellent time management skills Computer proficiency including agency management systems. Benefits/Perks
