FITNESS SALES & STUDIO ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER EVENINGS and WEEKENDS
Attention: Health, Wellness and Fitness Professionals
We are looking for a driven and hardworking individual to join our team in providing practitioner-assisted stretching in Chattanooga. We seek someone experienced in SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND MARKETING, with a background in Fitness, Exercise Science, and/or Anatomy & Physiology. You will complete training on the Stretch Zone Methodology, a proven course of innovative stretching techniques, as well as our sales process and studio management.
Responsibilities
- Drive studio sales/memberships and oversee studio operations
- Conduct grassroots marketing and networking
- Lead and collaborate effectively with co-workers, clients, and the public
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- At least 1 year of proven success in sales, preferably in health, wellness, or fitness memberships
- College coursework in Anatomy and Physiology; BS in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
- Effective listening skills to support team relationships
- Well-organized, self-directed team player
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Schedule
- 20+ hours per week, evenings and weekends
Compensation
- $15 to $17 per hour base plus commission
- Monthly bonuses based on studio revenue
- In-house stretching certification and training provided

A personal training certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or NCSF) or a license in therapeutic massage is recommended.
