Video Producer

As one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerages in the nation, we’re expanding our Marketing team and looking for a creative, hands-on Video Producer who can bring our brand to life across digital platforms. What You’ll Do
As our in-house Video Producer, you'll lead the production process from concept to final delivery. Your work will be seen across social media, our website, internal training platforms, paid campaigns, and more. You’ll be both a visionary and a doer, someone who can ideate, shoot, direct, and edit across formats and channels.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Produce engaging video content across multiple formats (short-form social, brand campaigns, tutorials, recruiting reels, testimonials, internal culture videos, etc.)
- Own full-cycle production: scriptwriting, storyboarding, location scouting, scheduling, lighting, filming, sound, directing, and editing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Executive teams to align content with company initiatives and campaigns
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos optimized for web, social media, and paid media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Direct talent and team members on-camera with clarity and confidence to bring out authentic energy and performance
- Manage post-production workflows including color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and captioning
- Maintain an organized video library, content calendar, and version control system for reusability
- Stay ahead of trends in video marketing, social media, storytelling, and visual design
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in video production, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or in-house creative team
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and DSLR/mirrorless cameras
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and sound design
- Experience creating content specifically for social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Skilled in storytelling and visual pacing, you know how to make content that feels right
- High attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and a self-starter attitude
