We are looking for a meticulous Production Artist with expertise in packaging design to join our team. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality packaging and labeling projects, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the production process. Responsibilities:
• Create and oversee the production of packaging and label designs, including private label products, manufactured goods, cartons, and proprietary designs.
• Prepare and review production-ready artwork to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and organize project files efficiently using company servers.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to share ideas and implement solutions effectively.
• Communicate proactively to identify and address any issues that may impact project timelines.
• Work independently following initial training, consistently maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Suggest improvements and provide feedback to enhance production workflows and outcomes.
• Utilize industry-standard design tools to execute production tasks with precision.
• Proven experience in packaging design and production is required.• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear and open communication with team members.
• Confidence in speaking up to suggest enhancements or address potential challenges.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and workflows for print production.
• Knowledge of packaging components, materials, and design processes.
• Experience in pre-production and post-production activities related to packaging.
