Legacy Investing is a next generation private equity real estate investor. We develop, own and operate the infrastructure for modern life, including data centers and automated warehouses. As a Creative Content Designer on our team, you will play a crucial role in Legacy Investing's communications by transforming complex architectural and financial information into highly engaging and visually compelling materials. This role involves designing impactful presentations, marketing content and thought leadership publications. The ideal candidate can think visually and verbally while comfortably designing, crafting, and refining the desired message.

Responsibilities Include:

Presentation Design & Development:

• Lead the creation of high-impact presentations, publications and collateral for external use.
• Apply strong design principles, including effective use of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy, to ensure professional and engaging materials.

Visual Storytelling & Data Visualization:

• Translate intricate architectural ideas, financial data, market trends, and investment concepts into clear, impactful, and easily digestible visual elements such as charts, graphs, and infographics.
• Craft compelling storyboards and visual narratives that guide the audience through complex information and new ideas.

Content Synthesis & Enhancement:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand core messages and distill complex information into concise and persuasive content for presentations and supporting documents.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing materials and develop new, innovative formats for communications.

Brand Management & Template Creation:

• Ensure all investor-facing materials strictly adhere to Legacy Investing's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional aesthetic across all platforms.
• Develop and maintain standardized presentation templates to streamline workflows and ensure efficiency and consistency in all outputs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in content design, visual communication, storyboarding and creative marketing.
• Strong creative writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
• Experienced in developing PowerPoint slides and graphical presentations.
• Awareness of the latest design trends and best practices to create modern and engaging content.
