About Hawk Studios: Hawks Studios is an award-winning full-service in-house agency supporting the Atlanta Hawks family of brands. We provide cutting-edge production, development, and content support for various departments including Marketing, Global Partnership, Social Media, and Basketball Operations. We operate three production facilities and produce over 1000 projects annually.
What we're looking for: A creative, passionate, and collaborative individual who loves filming, editing, and storytelling. Experience working in a sports-related creative environment is preferred. The ideal candidate can take projects independently, bring new ideas, and collaborate across teams. Strong communication skills, proactive planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
Job Summary: The Senior Producer reports to the Director of Content and supports video production and creative projects for Hawks Studios. The role involves leading content development for the Atlanta Hawks, College Park Skyhawks, and State Farm Arena, including travel for shoots and game day coverage. The position requires on-site presence in Atlanta, GA, at least three days a week.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sponsored content, coordinate with stakeholders, lead communication across departments, create engaging content, produce outlines and scripts, incorporate feedback, manage projects using Adobe Workfront, source footage via Iconik, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Requirements: 5-7 years in a creative department or agency (preferably sports), 7-9 years in video production, experience with sports teams, creating sponsored/promotional content, proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, motion graphics, detailed workflows, strong communication, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Passion for NBA and basketball is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
