About RQ FILMS:RQ FILMS is a small and creative production company specializing in cinematic content including commercials, brand campaigns, music videos, and short films. Our mission is to create boundary-pushing visuals and compelling storytelling that resonates within the entertainment and fashion industries. We collaborate with innovative brands, artists, and creatives who share our passion for bold, distinctive work.

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Producer / Business Development Partner to lead the business growth and client management aspects of our company. This role is designed for a self-driven individual with established connections and proven expertise in acquiring and managing high-value clients within the entertainment and/or fashion industries. You will be responsible for finding and securing new business opportunities, overseeing client relations, negotiating deals, and strategically expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pitch, and secure new clients in the entertainment and/or fashion sectors.
• Manage client relationships, acting as the primary liaison between RQ FILMS and our partners.
• Negotiate contracts and budgets to maximize profitability and value for clients and RQ FILMS.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction from start to finish.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sustainable growth.
• Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and represent the RQ FILMS brand effectively.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in producing, business development, or client management, specifically within the entertainment and/or fashion industries.
• Strong network of contacts and established relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, brands, and agencies.
• Proven track record of successfully securing and managing high-value clients and projects.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working within equity-based and revenue-share compensation structures.
• Knowledge of the current market trends in entertainment and fashion, particularly related to video content production.

Compensation Structure:This position operates on an equity-based and revenue-share model:

• Equity Stake:10–20% initial equity stake in RQ FILMS, with potential for increased equity based on achieving key growth milestones.
• Revenue-Based Commission:Receive 10–20% of the total budget from secured client projects. Commission structure will be clearly outlined and agreed upon prior to the trial period.

3-Month Trial Period:The role will start with a 3-month trial period with clearly defined KPIs:

• Securing a defined minimum number of new client meetings.
• Successfully closing a minimum number of contracts.
• Achieving agreed-upon revenue targets.
• Positive client and internal team feedback.

Upon successful completion of the trial, a formal one-year partnership agreement will be offered.
