Superior Hospice is a newly founded hospice agency in Minnesota, dedicated to providing compassionate and innovative end-of-life care. We are building our core team and are seeking passionate Music Therapy Volunteers to use music to comfort, heal, and uplift our patients and their families during this significant time.

Core Responsibilities:
- Personalized Music Sessions: Plan and conduct tailored music therapy sessions to address emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs.
- Collaborative Care Planning: Work with our interdisciplinary team to integrate music therapy into the care plan.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of sessions, responses, and progress.
- Compassionate Presence: Offer emotional support through music to patients and families.
- Training Participation: Engage in training programs to enhance your hospice care skills.
Qualifications:
- A passion for music and its therapeutic benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting individuals facing end-of-life challenges.
- Experience in music therapy, counseling, or hospice care is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to undergo training in hospice care and music therapy techniques.
