Located in St. George, Utah, we are looking for a full-time, on-site Vice President of Public Relations.


This executive role includes leadership responsibilities across four key departments within the company: the Public Relations & PR Campaigns Department, the Public Events & Services Department, the Strategic Alliances & Affiliates Department, and the Success Department. As one of the primary VPs, you will also hold a seat on the Advisory Council, consisting of seven other members. This council plays a crucial role in offering pivotal input, insights, and advice to the major decisions affecting the entire company.

What you will do:

Lead Brand Strategy & Public Messaging

  • Create and manage a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with the company's mission and goals

  • Oversee public messaging, media relations, influencer partnerships, and reputation management

Direct Campaigns & Events

  • Lead the development and execution of campaigns that amplify product value, the founder’s vision, and customer Success Stories

  • Strategically plan and oversee events that build public goodwill, strengthen internal culture, and increase media exposure

Manage Crisis Communications

  • Develop and maintain a responsive crisis communication plan to protect brand trust and minimize risk

Strengthen Strategic Alliances

  • Build and manage ambassador and corporate partner programs that expand brand reach and protect messaging consistency

  • Serve as a liaison for all external representatives to ensure they reflect company values and standards

Amplify Customer Advocacy

  • Partner with CX and Marketing to collect, publish, and promote transformational customer stories

  • Create systems that encourage referrals and turn loyal customers into authentic brand advocates

Mentor & Lead the PR Division

  • Support and coach directors across the PR departments, holding weekly 1-on-1 meetings and leading quarterly planning

  • Encourage setting goals, performance reviews, and professional growth through purpose-driven leadership

Collaborate & Advise

  • Serve on the Advisory Council and participate in weekly leadership meetings to provide insight into promotion, policy, and improvement strategies

  • Coordinate across Legal, Finance, Product, HR, and Executive Council to ensure unified planning and execution

Track, Measure & Report

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all PR activities

  • Provide quarterly and executive reports on public sentiment, campaign performance, referral momentum, and earned media success


What you must bring:

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in public relations, corporate communications, or brand strategy

  • Proven success managing media, campaigns, and teams in fast-paced, mission-driven environments

  • Strong understanding of strategic event planning, influencer engagement, and reputation risk management

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Qualifications we seek in our ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrated expertise in crisis management, digital marketing, media training, and public speaking, with at least one year of experience in each area

  • Proficient in analytics tools used for sentiment analysis, media performance tracking, and customer engagement insights

  • Hands-on experience with key platforms in our tech stack, including Meltwater, Five9, Shopify, Gorgias, and Tableau

  • Proven background in public relations within the supplements or health and wellness industry

  • Skilled in planning and executing large-scale corporate events from concept to completion

  • Brings extensive experience in the health and wellness space, paired with a well-established, active network of industry connections


Pay: Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 based on experience. Bonus and commission opportunities are available in addition to base salary and are directly tied to your performance.
