What you’ll do
Bring product ideas to life through crafting UI/UX designs for our app and website
Build a holistic design system and strategy that aligns to the vision and brand of Verse
Work closely with engineering to release new features
Incorporate user feedback and data analytics to iterate on product design
Work with marketing to ensure visual / brand design is consistent across all company touch points (website, marketing, app, etc.)
Requirements
A portfolio showcasing brand and visual design projects you've led
3+ years of experience designing consumer products
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe CS, Figma, etc)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
An owner and self-starter that creates opportunities
Passion for design and creativity that extends beyond your 9-5 job
Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of product design principles
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
Being passionate about culture and/or chronically online
What We Offer
$100-200K annual salary + equity (full time employees)
Hybrid work environment: 4 days in our NYC office, 1 day remote per week
