Are you passionate about music and skilled in sales? We are looking for a dedicated individual to help us reach our sales and profit goals while providing exceptional customer service. You will take on various responsibilities in the store and be an integral part of our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales to consistently exceed personal targets
• Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to potential students
• Build relationships within the community by connecting with schools, teachers, churches, and organizations
• Deliver engaging sales presentations that resonate with customers
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer
• Encourage customer loyalty through excellent interactions
• Engage in all store operations including merchandising, displays, and overall maintenance
• Ensure store security by managing keys and alarm codes
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music theory
