What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the key point of contact between customers and technicians
• Accurately write repair orders and explain service recommendations
• Advise customers on needed repairs and maintenance – and sell with integrity
• Provide timely updates to customers on service status
• Follow up with appointment reminders and post-service communication
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores

What You Bring:

• Experience as a Service Advisor/ Writer (required)
• Strong automotive knowledge and a passion for customer care
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ADP software (preferred)
• Professional appearance, work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving and background record
• At least 3 years of stable work history in a customer-facing role
