We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will travel to meet business clients face-to-face, providing expert consultation and customized insurance solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed professional who thrives in a self-directed role and wants to make a significant impact.

  • First-year earnings: $50,000 to $70,000

Responsibilities
  • Travel to meet with business clients across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa using a company vehicle and pursue qualified commercial leads through proactive outreach.
  • Deliver tailored insurance consultations and close new business
  • Stay organized and self-motivated in a remote, field-based environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License is not required but is a bonus
  • Prior commercial insurance or B2B sales experience
  • Strong sales instincts and drive to exceed goals
  • Proven ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the state
