We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our innovative team in Wheeling, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and support marketing efforts across multiple channels. Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
• Create branding assets, including logos, brand guidelines, and stationery, to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
• Design product packaging that reflects brand standards and appeals to target audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign strategies into impactful visual content.
• Produce video graphics and light animations to enhance digital and multimedia projects.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints by adhering to established guidelines.
• Optimize product listings for eCommerce platforms through thoughtful visual enhancements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design best practices to continuously improve outputs.
• Organize and maintain a digital archive of design assets for easy access and use.• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design with a diverse portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch is advantageous.
• Knowledge of animation software like After Effects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
