Job Description
Salary:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Marketing Project Manager provides support for the Marketing team. They must be extremely motivated and organized to be an asset in our fast-paced environment.

Are You Wired to Figure It Out?

Were looking for a Marketing Project Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments, keeps things organized, and has a FAFO approach to problem-solving (look it up). This is not a typical PM role. Youll help shape and share the story of our agency, working behind the scenes to keep internal marketing and business development efforts running on time and on point.

You wont be working on client-facing accounts, but everything you do will help position the agency as a leader in the national marketing landscape. The ultimate goal: help bring in high-quality, values-aligned clients that match our expertise. Youll play a critical role in driving visibility, momentum, and credibility across all channels.

Were not expecting you to know everything on day one, but we are looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and brings an optimistic, well figure it out attitude to every challenge. You should pull the team forward rather than wait for a push.

Youll collaborate with our creative, content, digital media, SEO, and web teams to drive progress across a range of internally focused initiatives. Youll get exposure to all sides of agency life without doing client work, including content, campaign planning, operations, and events. The right person will grow quickly.

Reporting Relationship:

Will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, who will provide mentorship, oversight, and assistance with your day-to-day responsibilities and career growth.

Core Job Responsibilities / What Youll Do:

Project Management (Primary Focus)

  • Own the internal marketing and content calendar across major initiatives
  • Track status across channels, including reports, mailers, social, and email
  • Remove blockers and keep projects aligned with strategy and deadlines
  • Manage workstreams in Airtable and Target Process
  • Represent marketing in daily team standups and cross-department check-ins
  • Help hold senior leaders accountable to timelines and deliverables
  • Attend the weekly Sales and Marketing Huddle on Mondays

Content and Campaign Execution

  • Help write blog posts, newsletters, and other short-form content
  • Review and provide feedback on internal-facing materials such as:
    • Industry reports
    • Case studies
    • Social media posts
    • Email campaigns
  • Assist with proofing and formatting to ensure polished, high-quality outputs

Digital Marketing and Website Support

  • Publish content on our website using HubSpot
  • Make light page updates in the CMS without technical knowledge
  • Own the social media calendar and work with interns to ensure consistency
  • Help shape what kind of content performs best with a B2B audience
  • Support account-based marketing campaigns with custom content

Event and Industry Engagement Support

  • Coordinate logistics for speaker submissions and conference appearances
  • Assist with event planning and logistics for:
    • Prospect or client dinners and happy hours
    • Executive content events for senior marketing leaders
    • In-agency presentations and briefings
  • Support sponsorship and thought leadership opportunities tied to business development

Team Rhythm and Structure

We work in two-week sprints that follow a regular cadence:

  • Monday: Cycle planning and Sales/Marketing Huddle
  • Wednesday: Mid-sprint team check-in to review open priorities
  • Thursday: Review and retro
  • Daily: Morning standup (typically 20 to 30 minutes)

Youll also join occasional working sessions, 1:1s, and project syncs as needed.

What You Bring

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
  • Clear communicator who drives alignment and progress
  • Confident working across teams and seniority levels
  • Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Airtable, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo, or excited to learn quickly
  • Curious about AI and ready to experiment with tools that make our work smarter and faster

Who Thrives Here
Youll love this job if you:

  • Dont wait to be told what to do
  • Know how to get people moving, including senior leaders
  • Stay calm when plans shift
  • Care about craft but dont let perfection block progress
  • Would rather be reined in than pushed along

Values That Matter in This Role
At LT, the following values are especially important for success in this role:

  • Speed with Purpose: You move quickly, but always with clarity and direction. You dont create chaos, you create momentum.
  • Craftsmanship: You take pride in your work and know that the little things matter. You sweat the details when it counts.
  • Continuous Improvement: You know when something is good enough to ship and when its worth pushing for better. Youre always looking for smarter ways to work and more effective ways to show up.
