On behalf of Geraci LLP, we are seeking a highly creative and versatile Media Content Creator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content across various media platforms, with a strong focus on large-scale promotional materials and diverse design applications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Production

Design and produce compelling podcast cover art that captures attention and reflects content themes

Develop book cover art that resonates with target readers and conveys the literary essence

Create high-quality print materials, including brochures, flyers, and marketing collateral

Conceptualize and design promotional merchandise aligned with brand identity

Design large-scale visuals such as banners, backdrops, and digital displays for conferences, trade shows, and events

Ensure all event graphics are optimized for clarity, scale, and impact across various environments

Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative briefs, project objectives, and campaign goals

Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback to ensure alignment with the project vision

Asset Management & Brand Compliance

Maintain a well-organized library of design assets, templates, and final deliverables

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across channels

Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep creative output modern and relevant

Explore new creative approaches and recommend improvements to elevate design standards

Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks

Support various departments with one-off design needs or special requests as they arise

Assist in repurposing or adapting existing assets for new formats or campaigns

Perform other design-related duties or special projects as assigned by leadership

Requirements

  • Proven experience in media content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and effective designs for various media types, including print, digital, and large-format.
  • Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for creativity and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with marketing and branding strategies to the American Market.

Working Hours:

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time
