We are seeking an experienced Technical Content Creator to join our team. You will play a key role in creating clear and engaging technical documentation, diagrams, and multimedia content for our software products. The ideal candidate will create user-friendly manuals, diagrams, and videos to simplify complex information and manage our documentation platforms, providing users with the resources they need.

Responsibilities
● Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive software user manuals and guides for end-users and administrators.
● Create accurate Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) to visually represent system processes and data structures.
● Plan, script, record, and edit application walkthrough videos and tutorials to support product onboarding and troubleshooting.
● Maintain and update documentation websites and portals, ensuring content is organized, accessible, and aligned with latest product developments.
● Collaborate with subject-matter experts, product managers, and developers to gather information and validate documentation.
● Edit, proofread, and ensure technical content is consistent with branding, tone, and style guidelines.
● Collect, analyze, and respond to user feedback to improve the clarity and usefulness of documentation.
● Support internal teams with the creation of technical specifications, process documentation, and training materials as needed.

Requirements
● At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Content Creator, Technical Writer, or a similar role, ideally in software development.
● Experience producing user manuals, technical diagrams (DFD, ERD), and video walkthroughs.
● Proficiency in Canva for visual design and creation of documentation assets.
● Skilled in diagramming tools (like Microsoft Visio and draw.io), video editing software (such as Camtasia), and documentation platforms (including Confluence, Markdown, and static site generators).
● Exceptional writing, editing, and visual communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
● Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Strong project and time management skills; able to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, English, or a related field preferred.
● Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
● Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Skills
● Understanding of content management systems (CMS) and best practices for structuring documentation.
● Proficient in applying SEO principles to enhance technical documentation.
● Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
● Familiarity with Google Workplace tools (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a bonus
