As we grow, we are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help maintain and elevate our brand through unique and beautiful design.

Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in shaping Lola Blankets’ brand identity by creating visually engaging content across digital and print platforms. This full-time role involves designing marketing assets, website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, etc. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to bring the Lola Blankets brand to life through compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design marketing collateral, including website banners, email templates, social media posts, and digital ads
Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure all visuals are consistent and align with Lola Blankets’ brand image
Assist in developing concepts and mockups for new product launches and marketing campaigns
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets
Stay up to date with design trends and suggest innovative ways to visually engage our audience
Maintain and organize a library of design assets

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the retail or consumer / luxury goods industry
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across digital and print media
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Salary TBD + 10% annual bonus based on company and individual performance (bonus prorated to % of year employed with company)
$2K signing bonus (assumed to cover any WFH tech needs / computer)
21 days paid vacation + all federal holidays (except parts of Thanksgiving )
