We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who lives at the intersection of brand storytelling and product strategy. This role blends the analytical rigor of a product marketer with the creative instincts of a brand builder. You’ll lead go-to-market efforts for new products, align positioning across channels, and champion the voice of the consumer across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Brand Management
- Own brand voice and narrative across channels; evolve and protect brand consistency
- Develop and manage campaigns to build brand awareness, drive affinity, and support retail sell-through
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and influencer teams to bring brand moments to life
- Monitor brand health, competitive landscape, and category trends
Product Marketing
- Define and manage go-to-market plans for new SKUs and limited-time releases
- Own consumer insights: leverage DTC and sales data to inform promotion planning
- Coordinate new product development deliverables cross-functionally: design, product, packaging, and inventory
Field Marketing & Retail Activation
- Develop and execute field marketing initiatives to increase in-store velocity and brand awareness
- Manage in-market activations, demos, events, and sampling programs
- Build and manage local ambassador teams or demo reps across key markets
- Track and report field performance KPIs, foot traffic, conversion and ROI of activities
- Collaborate with national retail partners and distributors to coordinate seasonal pushes and launches
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Creative
- Support Sales with trade materials, sell-in decks, and promotional planning
- Partner with DTC and Retail teams to optimize product merchandising and storytelling while sticking to timelines
Qualifications:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in CPG marketing, preferably in beverage, sports nutrition, or health & wellness
- Proven track record launching consumer products and building brand equity
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Analytical thinker with creative instincts and a deep understanding of consumer behavior
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience managing regional or field marketing programs
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with instore tracking tools (e.g., SPINS, Nielsen, Field Agent)
- Experience with performance marketing and/or influencer strategy
- Retail account marketing experience (e.g., Walmart, GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Amazon)
- Experience using field marketing software (e.g., Repsly, Promomash, or Brandfolder)
- Passion for fitness, sports, or nutrition industries
DETAILS
- Location: Port St. Lucie, FL (Onsite)
- Compensation: $100-125k (plus up to 10% bonus)
