  • Lead the design of color and materials for footwear and apparel, focusing on Streetwear and Lifestyle trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create collections that resonate with local consumer expressions.
  • Develop unique product narratives using market trends and cultural insights.
  • Design head-to-toe product expressions with a focus on color, graphics, materials, and trims.
  • Conduct consumer and trend research to inform design decisions.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of design concepts and presentations.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic, color, or product design.
  • Strong storytelling skills with a passion for cultural and market research.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to create industry-leading graphics and designs that connect emotionally with consumers.
  • Proficiency in design software (Creative Suite) and familiarity with Mac platforms.
