Our Printing department is currently seeking a Graphic Designer I. This role is responsible for creating graphics to meet specific corporate and promotional needs while maintaining high standards and delivering on time. The role involves cooperating with teammates, contributing ideas, preparing files for print production, providing front-end customer service, and supporting finishing operations in our large format printing area. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 hourly, determined by education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and individual performance incentives.

Be ready to:

• Provide front-end customer service and support
• Contribute to customer design meetings
• Focus on design elements
• Revise corporate marketing and support material
• Interpret customer needs and prepare conceptual design proposals
• Use imagery proficiently
• Support creative technicians in finishing operations

Be equipped with:

• Proficient knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Good organization and time management skills
• Attention to detail
