Who we need
We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented performance media buyer who thrives inside ad platforms. You love being hands-on on keys and can bend the platforms to achieve incredible efficiencies. You know how to pace campaigns, hit CPVs, win auctions, and optimise across Meta, TikTok, DV360, and YouTube.
You’ll collaborate across departments and time zones, own campaign execution from start to finish, and help improve our internal tools and workflows. You are not afraid of fast-moving targets and make decisions using data, including making your pivots and have familiarity with brand lift studies

What you will be doing- Set up, manage, and optimizepaid media campaigns across platforms likeMeta,TikTok,YouTube, andDV360
- You manage bothupper-funnelandlower-funnelcampaign structures and constantlytest creatives,audiences,placements, andbidding strategies
- Monitorpacing, troubleshoot delivery, and hit KPIs likeCPV,VTR,Completion RatesandCPM
- Use internal and external tools to ensure flawlesssetup,tracking,QA, andinvoicing
- Collaborate withsales,BI, andcreative teams, andtop-tier entertainment clients
- Analyze results and provideactionable insightsto improve campaign efficiency and reach
- 3+ years of hands-on media buyingexperience
- Platforms:Meta,TikTok,Google Ads, and ideallyDV360
- Familiarity withRedditandSnapchatis a strong plus
- Reports to theDirector of Media Campaigns and US Accounts
- Strong command ofauction mechanics,CPV targets,pacing,bidding, andplatform optimization
- Analytical mindset with confidence inExcel,Google Sheets, andperformance data tools
- Proven ability to managebudgetsacross paid social and YouTube channels, including proposal development, campaignactivation& maintenance, andpost-buy recaps
- Provide direction as needed for improving campaign performancethrough optimization and/or implementing new features and strategies
- Comfortable working independently in aremote, fast-paced, cross-functional team
- Familiarity with theentertainment industry(film, streaming, TV, or sports) is a strong plus
- Proactive, curious, and focused onoutcomes over perfection
