We are seeking a Creative Operations Coordinator to support the Revelyst Mass team in driving the execution of creative deliverables across Retail, Merchandising, and Marketing. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects move from concept to completion smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, has a strong understanding of creative workflows, and can handle multiple projects and deliverables at once.
This position reports to the Creative Operations Director and is based out of our Adventure Sports platform in Irvine, CA.
As the Creative Operations Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to:
Project Intake & Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for intake of creative requests across packaging, sales presentations, retail POP, and digital assets.
Execute against creative processes and workflows
Communicate project status, risks, and next steps regularly to key stakeholders.
Track projects using project management software
Work closely with designers to ensure deliverables are on-time and on-brand.
Work closely with the Digital Asset Management team to ensure all assets are delivered on-time and to correct spec requirements.
Organize and upload assets
Maintain a strong understanding of all Mass Channel specs and requirements
You have:
2+ years of experience in creative project coordination, marketing operations, or related field.
Proficiency in project management software (Jira preferred)
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Pay Range:
$29.30 - $38.90The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
