The Role: Associate Creative Director
We seek a creative leader to shape Ownwell’s visual presence across campaigns, social, branding, and more. Reporting to the Head of Growth & Marketing, you will lead visual storytelling, develop creative assets, and innovate on brand campaigns, working hands-on with tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
Responsibilities
Lead creative campaigns across various channels.
Maintain visual identity and brand consistency.
Collaborate with teams to develop effective campaigns and assets.
Drive creative testing strategies and deliverables.
Use design tools to produce and guide visual work.
Participate in research to inform visual strategies.
Contribute to creative systems and asset libraries.
Partner with sales and partnerships for collateral and event materials.
Own projects with curiosity, humility, and a bias for action.
Requirements
5-8 years in creative roles, as a Senior Art Director or Associate Creative Director.
Strong portfolio in static and motion visuals.
Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
Hands-on design skills and independent concepting ability.
Deep understanding of branding and channel adaptation.
Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
Bonus: experience in high-growth startups or consumer products.
