What You'll Do Here:
As aProduct Designer, you’ll be part of the Product team and work closely with our software engineers, product managers,and product owners. You’ll use your expert knowledge ofdesignanduser researchto find ways to improve our product and processes.
You’llbe empowered tolisten toour clients’ needs and act on them. OurProductDesignersown the end-to-end userexperiencedesign, includingwire framing, feature ripening, designing mockups, usability testing &user research,and advocating for a high-quality, tested and accessible product.
You will be instrumental in leading the way for the design team. You’ll provide meaningful feedbackon theirdesigns and think about the futureof designat Q2.You’llcollaborate with other members of the product organization and present strategy, goals and roadmap for design.

Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:
You may already have experience working in the financial industryor for a software company, or you may not; what’s most important is your enthusiasm to learn. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be empathetic, resourceful, and humble.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in (relevant degree) and a
minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related field to Design
Experience withaccessibility,complex enterprise workflows,design systems, and designing for desktop applications
Strong foundation in prototyping, wireframing, presenting your workand collaboration
Strong foundation in usability best practices and user research
Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD,or similar design tools
A portfolio of work that shows you were directly responsible for the success of high impact projects and initiatives that benefited end-users
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
