Job Description

Minuteman Press Norfolk is hiring a dedicated, long-term team member with Canva or graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite preferred). Most of our customer files are already print-ready thanks to Canva, AI, and other tools — but we need someone who can make edits, adjustments, or create layouts when needed. It's a fast paced fun working environment.

Your main responsibilities will be operating our digital press, DTF (Direct-to-Film) printer and bindery equipment. Print shop experience is a plus, but we will train.

What We’re Looking For:

Canva or graphic design skills required.
Serious applicants only — this is a stable, long-term position.
Valid driver’s license and own personal vehicle (no drop-offs by Uber, Lyft, or others).
No “job hoppers” (frequent short-term jobs will not be considered).
Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Print shop or production experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

Operate and maintain digital presses and finishing equipment.
Review and prepare print-ready files.
Make occasional design/layout edits using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.

Print shop production experience required.
Digital press operation skills.
Basic to intermediate design ability.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, no nights/weekends. Competitive pay based on experience.
