Company Summary: Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire full-time Technical Writers to support FAA efforts in Reston / Herndon, VA.

Position Summary: EES is seeking Technical Writers at the Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels to support FAA modernization efforts. These roles develop manuals, guides, and technical documentation for systems, processes, and products. The Technical Writer translates complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman:
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: 5–7 years
• Senior:
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: 8–11 years
• SME:
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: 12+ years

• Experience writing and editing technical documentation
• Proficiency in formatting, style guides, and document management tools
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language
• Familiarity with FAA systems and documentation standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and process documentation
• Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to gather content
• Ensure documentation meets FAA standards and user needs
• Edit and format documents for clarity, consistency, and usability
• Maintain version control and support documentation audits
• Contribute to knowledge management and training materials
