Job Description (JD): Position: Content Creator & Live Stream Host (Fashion & Lifestyle) Company: RECOIL Location: Singapore (Flexible for in-store/outdoor shoots) Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Key Responsibilities: Host engaging live streams on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or Shopee Live to promote RECOIL’s clothing. Create entertaining and creative short-form video content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) regularly. Ideate and produce fashion try-ons, styling tips, behind-the-scenes , and trend-based content using RECOIL apparel. Work closely with marketing and retail teams to understand key promotions and highlight best-sellers. Edit and publish videos with catchy hooks, transitions, subtitles, and music trends. Monitor performance analytics (views, reach, engagement) and suggest improvements to boost reach and conversions. Be the “face” and tone of RECOIL’s social media presence, helping build brand identity and community. Requirements: Comfortable and confident in front of the camera — you will be the face of the brand online. Strong understanding of TikTok trends , algorithms, and how to create viral content. Experience in hosting live sessions or being part of a live-streaming platform is a strong plus. Good fashion sense and ability to style and showcase outfits attractively. Basic video shooting and editing skills using phone apps like CapCut, InShot, or VN. Creative mindset with a good eye for visuals and storytelling. Energetic, engaging personality — able to connect with online audiences. Bonus: Bilingual (English & Mandarin) for broader local reach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
